All orders placed on our website are final. We do not accept cancellations once an order has been successfully placed and processed in our system.
Because seeds are live, organic agricultural products that are highly sensitive to temperature, moisture, and handling, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
This strict policy ensures that we maintain 100% quality control, seed purity, and hygiene for all our customers.
Refunds or replacements are strictly limited to cases where a damaged product or a wrong product was delivered to you.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photograph of the product and the original packaging.
Upon verification by our team, we will happily issue a free replacement or a full refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
